Annual General Meeting April 13 2025
Doors open at 9am and close at 10am.
The committee nomination sheet is up on the snooker room noticeboard. If you are interested in serving on the committee please add your name to the sheet. If there are more than the required number of people up for the committee or any of the roles, there will be a vote on the day. Committee members must be prepared to work at least 1 Friday, Saturday and Sunday a month.
The accounts for the year will be on the noticeboards 7 days prior to the meeting.
If you have an item you would like to raise or if you would like to change a rule, please send a letter to the secretary 21 days prior to the meeting and he will post it on the notice board.
Membership Renewals and New Memberships
Membership renewals is now completed.
If you haven't renewed your membership your membership card will now be inactive and you will have to re-apply.
New memberships will commence the middle of Feb.
We currently have 100 people on the waiting list. 50 new memberships will be issued in Feb, the remaining 50 will be issued March/April. This will enable us to monitor the numbers coming in during our busy times, e.g Saturday evenings.
If you are on the waiting list and not contacted in Feb it doesn't necessarily mean you haven't been successful but you may be included in the 2nd tranch.
